Could you send me a parts diagram for my machine?

• Under the Service menu in the left hand navigation bar, select Spare Parts Service.

• Select >To the online spare parts catalogue

• Under Product Search, enter the part number or product name in the appropriate fields

• Select the correct product from the search results, then the correct country version from the menu on the left

• The parts diagram will appear in the main window

• By clicking on the diagram, the appropriate parts will be highlighted in the table underneath

Can you send me an instruction manual for my machine?

Option 1

• Under the Service menu in the left hand navigation bar, select User Manuals.

• Enter the product name or number

• From the search results you can download the appropriate operating manual.

• Under the Product Worlds menu in the left hand navigation bar select your product category.

• On the home page of the product category under the Product menu select Tools.

• Identify your product clicking through the screens.

• Once you find your chosen product you can download the operating manual from the options on the right of the screen

How long is the warranty period on my machine?

• Bosch DIY (green power tools) 2-year standard provided you have your original proof of purchase.

• Bosch Lawn and Garden items have a standard 2-year warranty providing proof of purchase is provided.

• Bosch Professional (blue power tools) have a standard 1-year warranty or 3-years if registered on-line within the first 30 days. Proof of purchase is also required

• Under the Product Worlds menu in the left hand navigation bar select Trade/ Industry

• Under the Service menu select 3 Year Warranty

• Use the Search functions to locate your nearest Bosch System Specialist dealer
